Description : C.THE SCOPE OF WORK

Based on the objectives, the consultant(s) will be required to provide an analysis of the present scenario and develop a detailed business plan anchored on the detailed investment plan (DIP) that is expected to provide overall direction to the agro-enterprise operations making it sustainable, efficient and growth-oriented in the long run. The plan will use the Enterprise Development Tool (EDT) as a guide to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the various aspects of the proponent's enterprise. Also, the plan should be time-bound and show clear achievable targets within defined timelines. The Business Plan shall at the minimum have the following sections:
