1.1 The supplier shall provide access to the database for one year from the effective date of the Purchase Order.
1.2 The use of the database is granted only to authorized users of the UP-PGH, including students, faculty, and staff.
1.3 The database can be used solely for academic or research purposes by an authorized user of the Library. Data retrieved fron the database should not be used for commercial purposes without proper licensing

2. Content reliability
2.1 The supplier warrants that the material provided within the database is accurate, up-to-date and relevant to the needs of the users of the library.
2.2 The library reserves the right to report any discrepancies and inaccuracies found within the database to the Supplier for prompt resolution.
2.3 The supplier agrees to notify the library of any updates or changes to the database and assist in implementing such updates as necessary.
