II. RATIONALE

The current fiscal year is about to end, indicating that the projects and activities of the office are now approximately 95-100% completed as programmed in the approved 2025 Work and Financial Plan (WFP). In this regard, the highlights of the year-s accomplishments, along with the corresponding documentation and reports, should be promptly finalized and submitted to ensure that each activity is officially recognized as completed. Likewise, there is a need to map out actions to accomplish the few remaining targets. Thus, a year-end assessment workshop is essential to evaluate the strategies and techniques applied in achieving the set goals and to further enhance overall work performance for Year 2026.
