Description : The National Housing Authority (NHA) - West Sector NCR, through its West Sector Regional Office Bids and Awards Committee (WSROBAC) will undertake a Small Value Procurement in accordance with Section 53.9 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 9184 for the contract:

Brief Description Quarterly General Pest Control (GPC) services for one (1) year, covering the treatment and eradication of cockroaches, ants, rats, and other common pests

Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) Sixty Five Thousand Pesos Only (₱ 65,000.00)

Location NCR West Sector Office, Canonigo St., Brgy 824, Zone 89, Paco, Manila

Duration Work shall commence within seven (7) calendar days upon receipt of the NOA and PO, and shall be conducted quarterly for one (1) year
