PROCUREMENT OF DETAILED SCALE MODELS FOR PASIG RIVER URBAN DEVELOPMENT
1. The National Housing Authority, as authorized by the Inter-Agency Council for the Pasig River Urban Development per IAC Resolution No. 7 s. 2024, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Fifteen Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (Php 2,615,200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Detailed Scale Models for Pasig River Urban Development with Project Identification No. WS-2025-06-021. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The National Housing Authority - West Sector Regional Office Bids and Awards Committee (WSROBAC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
