  DESIGN AND BUILD CONTRACT FOR PASIG RIVER URBAN DEVELOPMENT PROJECT REHABILITATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF PLAZA MEXICO, INTRAMUROS, MANILA
  
  1. The National Housing Authority, as authorized by the Inter-Agency Council for the Pasig River Urban Development per IAC Resolution No. 7 s. 2024, intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Seven Hundred Thirty Two Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Two Pesos and 62/100 Pesos (Php 20,732,582.62) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Design and Build Contract for Pasig River Urban Development Project Rehabilitation and Improvement of Plaza Mexico, Intramuros, Manila with Project Identification No.WS-2024-12-052. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
