Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF
WIRELESS FLAT PANEL DETECTOR SYSTEM
(PR-2025-4999-00029)

1) The City Government of Mandaue, through the General Fund - Annual Budget 2025 4999 10705990 (Other Machinery & Equipt.) Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Wireless Flat Panel Detector System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The City Government of Mandaue now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Wireless Flat Panel Detector System. Delivery of the Goods is required 30 calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
