1. Barangay Sto.Nino, through the 20% budget intends for Purchase of Wing of Multi-Purpose Livelihood and Training to apply the sum of Seventy three thousand forty-one pesos only(PhP73,041.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Wing of Multi-Purpose Livelihood and Training Center for Barangay Sto.Nino, Bontoc, Southern Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
