The Metro Siquijor Water District (MSWD) through the Bids & Awards Committee (BAC) will be undertaking the hereunder project:

Name of Project: Well drilling of 150ft., 10" open bore hole, installation of casing, cement grouting around the annular space and casing, surging and bailing and gravel packing

Approved Budget for the Contract: P398,000.00

Source of Funds: Internal Corporate Funds

Request for Quotation will be distributed thourgh shopping and will be in accordance with the Implementing Rules & Regulations (IRR) of R.A. 9184.

MSWD BAC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid/quotation to annul the bidding process and to reject all bids/quotations at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.

Invited bidders who wish to submit bid/quotation shall pay a non refundable fee of Five Hundred Pesos (P500) upon submission of its bid/quotation to cover the production cost and other incidental expenses....
