The Local Government Unit of Biri, Northern Samar through the 20% EDF of the Municipality for CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS & 70/100 (Php 253,820.70) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Waterproofing of the Roof Deck of the Municipal Hall cum Evacuation Center at Barangay Poblacion, Biri, Northern Samar” for ITB No. 2025-01-03. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
