Description : The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) through its Administrative Service, intends to procure “Waterproofing of Building IV” for FY 2025 in accordance with Section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
