Description : INVITATION TO BID

1. The Local Government of Barangay Tina-an, City of Naga, Cebu, through the Financial Assistance (FA) of the City Government of Naga, Cebu (Resolution No.09-50-25, series of 2025) intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 2,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Water System Project for Barangay Tina-an, Naga, Cebu, ITB-GOODS-2025-(10).
(Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening)

2. The Barangay Tina-an, City of Naga, Cebu, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project Completion of the Works is required within 30 Calendar Days, from the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA)...
