1. The Municipal Government of Maasim, Maasim, Sarangani Province, through the 20% AIP CY-2023 ₱ 150,000.00 / 20% AIP CY-2024 ₱ 300,000.00 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thirty Thousand Two Hundred Seventeen Pesos (₱ 330,217.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the supply and delivery of Water System Materials. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
