Invitation to Bid for WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT (HOSE AND FITTINGS)

1. Barangay Local Government unit of Baya-Baya through the 20% BDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Six Pesos and Eighty Centavos Only (Php 198,996.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT (HOSE AND FITTINGS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Baya-Baya now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 90 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section 11 (Instructions to Bidders).
