Scope of Works:
I.) Supply and Installation of Fire Pump and Jockey Pump
*1 unit Fire Pump-30hp,3-phase, centrifugal type with
necessary fitting and accessories.
*1 unit Jockey Pump-3hp,suitable capacity for system pressure
maintenance
*Pump Controllers-automatic operation, complete with
contro panel and safety devices
II.) Construction of Concrete Cistern Tank
*Reinforced concrete tank sized according to firefighthing
water capacity requirements.
*Provision for inlet, outlet, overflow, drain m
III.) Construction of Pump House
*Construction of the pump house shall accordance with
the approved plan.
IV.) Electrical Works-Single-Phase to Three-Phase Conversion
*Supply and installation by Variable Frequency Drive (VFD)

*Power cable works from source to pump controllers
*System grounding and safety compliance
