INVITATION TO BID FOR the
WATER SANITATION AND HYGIENE (WASH) - PUBLIC TOILETS CONSTRUCTION (PHASE I)

1. The Municipality of Balagtas, through the SGLGIF and GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of Two Million Ninety Nine Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Three Pesos and Twenty Three Centavos (P 2,099,453.23 being the ABC to payments under the contract for WATER SANITATION AND HYGIENE (WASH) - PUBLIC TOILETS CONSTRUCTION (PHASE I) (WSHC 03-06-2025) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Balagtas now invites bids for the above WATER SANITATION AND HYGIENE (WASH) - PUBLIC TOILETS CONSTRUCTION (PHASE I) (WSHC 03-06-2025) Delivery of the Goods is required by 45 working days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instructions to Bidders.
