TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PURIFIED DRINKING WATER
PROJECT TITLE: Supply and Provision of Purified Water for Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA) CY 2026
NOTE : Sub-Contracting is Not Allowed
OBJECTIVE : To provide clean, safe and healthy drinking water to walk-in clients and employees.
SCOPE : The service provider shall deliver clean, safe and healthy purified drinking water to Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA)
DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS:
A. Service provider shall ensure to deliver 125 gal/per week and a total of (500 gal/month) five (5) gallons per container) on a weekly basis, as may be required by Sugar Regulatory Administration
B. The Supplier shall provide the SRA with free labor for Sanitation and cleaning of Hot and Cold Water Dispensers.
C. The Supplier shall at all times ensure the delivery of purified drinking water in a dent-free container and provide the SRA with five (5) containers as reserve.
