The Local Government Unit of Gainza, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake Purchase of "WASTE MANAGEMENT AND RECYCLING" in accordance with Section 53.9, Small Value Procurement, of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9184 and GPPB Circular 09-2009. The details of the project are the following:
