INVITATION TO BID FOR VOLUMETRIC WATER METERS (RE-BID)

1. The LEGAZPI CITY WATER DISTRICT, through the 2025 Corporate Budget for the contract approved by the Governing Board intends to apply the sum of Three Million Ninety-One Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos Only (Php3,091,900.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for LCWD-2025-077 Volumetric Water Meters - Re-Bid (Supply and Delivery of 1 lot - 1” (25mm) dia., ¾” (20mm) dia. & ½” (15mm) dia. Volumetric Water Meter with tailpiece). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The payment terms shall be within ninety (90) calendar days from date of complete delivery and acceptance.
