•Dosage Form - Tablet or Capsule
•Content Per Tablet - Ascorbic Acid: 500mg - 1000mg
•Zinc (as Zinc Sulfate or Zinc Gluconate): 10mg - 20mg
•Packaging: 100 tablets per box / 10 tablets per strip (1,224 boxes)
•Shelf life: Minimum of 18 months from date of delivery
•Certification: FDA Certificate of Product Registration (CPR) GMP-certified manufacturer.
•Labeling: English and/or filipino, must include product name, dosage, batch number, manufacturing and expiration date, storage instructions.
•Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry place below 30-C, away from direct sunlight.
