Description : 1. The Department of Transportation (DOTr), through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2025 - Locally Funded Projects intends to apply the sum Two Hundred Sixty-Four Million Six Hundred Nineteen Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-One Pesos and Ninety-Seven Centavos (Php264,619,671.97) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Virac Airport Development Project (Site Development for Building Area, Construction of Control Tower Building, Power House, Cistern Tank and Pump House, Extension of Runway, Construction of Turning Pad, and Construction of Perimeter Fence). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DOTr now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for seven hundred twenty (720) calendar days, inclusive of pre-determined unworkable sixty (60) days.
