Description : Cloud-based Video Conferencing Platform for One (1) Year: 1 LOT

Purpose:
The purpose of procuring the twelve (12) month subscription of a cloud-based video conferencing platform will be used by IPOPHL in conducting virtual meetings and online training.

Technical Requirements:
The cloud-based meeting solution subscription service must have the following:
• Nine user licenses with up to 100 participants per meeting
• Eighteen user licenses with up to 300 participants per meeting
• Six user licenses with up to 500 participants per meeting
• Three webinar user licenses with up to 500 attendees per webinar

Detailed subscription service specifications are discussed in Annex "A".

Subscription Terms:
The cloud-based meeting solutions subscription must be twelve (12) months from the date of activation.

Subscription Activation:
The software application subscription license must be activated on or before the expiry of the subscription on March 13, 2026.
