Veterinary Medicines, Biologics & Other Provision

The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of fifty two thousand pesos only (Php 52,000.00) for Lot 1, forty two thousand pesos only (Php 42,000.00) for Lot 2, six thousand pesos only (Php 6,000.00) for Lot 3, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Veterinary Medicines, Biologics & Other Provision . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves now invites bids for Medical Supplies and Laboratory Instrument to be used for the Veterinary Medicines, Biologics & Other Provision . Delivery of the Goods is required 10 calendar days.

Bidding will be conducted through Alternative Method of Procurement (Shopping) as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
