• Clean and hygienic comfort rooms

MEALS AND SNACKS
• Provision of 3-course managed buffet lunch with, rice, dessert, and drinks for 55 participants
• Provision of plated AM and PM snacks with drinks for 55 participants
• Flowing coffee and water
• Staff support during the entire event duration
