MUNICIPALITY OF BUENAVISTA

INVITATION TO BID FOR VENUE RENTAL FOR CONDUCT OF GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT MAINSTREAMING AND CAPACITY BUILDING

1. The Local Government Unit of Buenavista, Marinduque through GAD Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 750,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Venue Rental for Conduct of Gender and Development Mainstreaming and Capacity Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Buenavista, Marinduque now invites bids for the Venue Rental for Conduct of Gender and Development Mainstreaming and Capacity Building. Delivery of the goods is required within ten (10) days after receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed within one (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project.
