• Trade fair schedule: Nov. 05-09, 2025
• Area - 190 sq. meters for the exhibit areas with provision of an area of 90 sq. meters (6x15) for 3 provincial booths; 100 sq. meters for 4 booths located on the right and left side of the 90 sq. m booths; for set up of theme setting (3x6=18 sq. m), food tasting pavilion, logistics and secretariat (5x5= 25 sq. m)
• Provision of 13x6m area for stage, led wall and ramp for opening and closing ceremonies, side events such as fashion show, crafts demo, creatives, etc. From 05-09 November 2025.
• Provision of stage, tables, chairs and two (2) panel boards.
• With heavy foot traffic
• Wide parking area
• Near hotels for the convenience of guest, buyers, and DTI staff who will man the booth until the evening closing of the venue
• Within Iloilo City
