• Provision of meals and snacks for 7 days, good for 50 pax
- Day 1-7: November 4-10, 2025 (Gingoog City)
- Managed buffet lunch and dinner with 3 viands (meat or vegetables), dessert, rice, and drinks, good for 50 pax AM and PM Snacks with drinks, good for 50 pax

• Packed dinner with two viands, rice, dessert, and canned juice, good for 6 pax
• Packed breakfast meal, good for 6 pax
• Provision of 20 bottled water per day, good for 7 days
- Free flowing drinking water
- Free flowing brewed coffee (provide brown sugar and creamer)
- Must have standby Staff
• Provision of twin-sharing room accommodation, 2 rooms, good for 7 days
