Description : PROJECT TITLE: Filipino Brand of Service Excellence Train-the-Trainers Training 1st Batch

TERMS OF REFERENCE:

MEALS AND SNACKS
 Provision of meals and snacks for 4 days, good for 45 pax:
- Managed buffet lunch with soup, noodles/pasta, 2 viands, dessert, rice, and drinks,
good for 45 pax
- AM and PM snacks: plated snacks with drinks, good for 45 pax
- Day 2-5 (Aug 12-15): AM snacks, Lunch, PM snacks, good for 45 pax
- Free flowing coffee and water

TRAINING VENUE
 Provision of venue setup suitable for training activities for 45 participants, preferably a space
for at least 60-80 pax, available for the entire duration of the event, 4 days
 Provision of 1 breakout room, 2 days (August 14-15, 2025)
 Free use of basic facilities such as sound system, tables, chairs, and electricity
 Provision of 2 Secretariat tables (DOT 10 and DOT Central), with 4 chairs each table
 Provision of 2 extension wires for each Secretariat table
 Staff support during the entire event duration
