One (1) plenary hall that will accommodate one hundred ten (110) persons
Three breakout rooms that will accommodate fifty (50) persons
Provision of 1 LCD, 2 or more white screens and good sound system each for the plenary hall and 3 breakout rooms
With internet connectivity of at least 5 mbps per user

Menu: Rice, Pork/Beef/Poultry, Seafood, Vegetable, Soup, Dessert & Fruit Juice/Water
2 snacks - Lasagna with garlic bread, clubhouse sandwich w/ french fries w/ fresh fruit juice for morning and afternoon
