1. The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, through the General Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php232,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Venue, Accommodation, Meals and Snacks for the Crafting of IRR (Enforcement of Ordinance No. 30-2016). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
