  2. Vehicle Fuel / supplies must be shouldered by the Service Provider
  3. Meals/Food and Accommodation of assigned /driver on duty must be catered by the Supplier
  4. Compliance to the submitted itinerary of travel/schedule by the end-user (may vary and
  subject to change by the end-user)
  5. External Service Provider must coordinate with the end-user (vise versa) at least three
  (3) days prior the conduct of activity for finalization and for any instructions
  6. Well cleaned / refreshed/sanitized vehicle unit for use per activity
