VEHICLE PARTS AND ACCESSORIES FOR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF VARIOUS TRANSPORTATION EQUIPMENT AND HEAVY EQUIPMENT

IB NO. GSA-2025-072

1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro, through the GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Seventy One Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (Php 1,971,800.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Vehicle Parts and Accessories for repair and maintenance of various Transportation Equipment and Heavy Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro - Procurement Division Goods and Services Section now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
