Description : VEGETTATION CONTROL FOR DUMAGUETE AIRPORT (1 LOT)

Scope of Work:

1. Clearing / trimming of tall grasses, bushes and trees at the Airside;
2. Clearing and removal of vines at the airport perimeter;
3. To maintain the assigned area clear of vegetation within the contract period; and
4. Clearing / Disposal of debris.

Note to Supplier:

You are required to submit the following in a sealed envelope together with your Request for Price Quotation (RFQ):

1. Updated PhilGEPS Certificate / Registration;
2. 2025 Mayor's Permit (In case Mayor's or Business Permit is not yet available, you may submit your expired Mayor's Permit or Business Permit with the Official Receipt of renewal application);
3. BIR Certificate of Registration;
4. DTI or SEC Certificate;
5. Income Tax Return; and
6. Certificate of Site Inspection.
