Description : I. PROJECT TITLE
Various plumbing works and Repair of electrical wirings located at the GSIS Cagayan de
Oro Branch Office Building.
II. TOTAL APPROVED BUDGET
The GSIS CDO has allocated a budget of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos and 0/100
(PhP200, 000.00) inclusive of all applicable taxes.
III. SCOPE / SPECIFICATIONS
A. Repair and Maintenance of Water & Sanitary System
1. Declogging of toilet bowl located at the first-floor female comfort room and Office of
the Branch Manager
√proper dismantling of toilet bowl
√check and removal of clogged napkins/tissues/objects
√ proper sealing/cement to ensure no leakage when used
2. Repair and Installation of new Float Valve and Presssure Switch of the water tank
installed outside of the office building
3. Installation of water lines from tank located at the roof top to the second-floor area:
Attorney-s Office and COA Office
4. Installation of Check Valve from the water meter to the tank (water source for the
manager-s residence and hostel)
