Description : The Public Attorney-s Office will undertake a procurement transaction for the purchase of Fifty Seven (57) Boxes Of Envelope, Expanding, Kraft, Thirty (30) Packs Of Folder With Tab, A4, Four Hundred Forty (440) Packs Of Folder With Tab, Legal, Two Hundred Sixty (260) Pads Of Note Pad, Stick On, 3” X 3”, One Hundred Forty-Five (145) Pads Of Pad Paper, Ruled And One Hundred Thirty-Six (136) Books Of Record Book, 300 Pages through Shopping as under the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. (RA) 9184, for the use of the PAO REGIONAL OFFICE. The approved budget for the contract (ABC) THREE HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY PESOS (Php 394, 870.00) inclusive of government taxes and charges.
The Office hereby invites all interested suppliers or distributors to quote their lowest price on the item listed on the Price Quotation Form (Annex “A”) subject to the General Conditions stated herein.
