Terms and Conditions:

2. Quotations that are higher than the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) will be rejected.
3. Subject to withholding tax.
4. Bidders must be registered in PhilGEPS at the time of submission of price quotation.
5. Bidders must submit the latest Mayor's Permit, DTI Permit/SEC registration, BIR registration, and Philgeps Registration/Certificate.
