Procurement of Various Food Supplies for the Manila Health Department

1. The City Government of Manila, through the Food Supplies Expenses CY 2025 intends to apply the sum Five Million Four Hundred Fifty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos Only (Php5,457,700.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of Various Food Supplies ITB No. 2025-03-59. Bids received in excess of the ABC for the lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Manila now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the above procurement project for Manila Health Department. Delivery of Services is required by Ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Prospective Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, at least two (2) similar contracts and the aggregate contract amounts should be given to at least twenty five percent (25%) of the approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).
