Description : Procurement of Various Exhibition Maintenance Materials for Galleries - FY 2025 (Supply and Delivery)

1. The National Museum of the Philippines, through the General Fund for F.Y. 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Sixty-One Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Pesos and 69/100 (Php 1,761,430.69) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various Exhibition Maintenance Materials for Galleries - FY 2025 (Supply and Delivery) with identification number NMPBAC-PB-
2025-07-08. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The National Museum of the Philippines now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required 3rd and 4th quarter of the year 2025. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
