Transport Service Specifications
• Route: Sibulan Airport - Dumaguete City - Dauin (and vice versa, as required by the activity).
• Vehicle must be a 12-15 seater, air-conditioned, clean, and well-maintained.
• Vehicle must be equipped with valid LTO registration, insurance, and necessary permits.
• Service must include a professional, licensed, and uniformed driver, knowledgeable of the route and with good driving record.
• Vehicle must be available for the entire duration of the event, including standby arrangements if needed.
• Fuel, toll fees, and driver-s meals/accommodation (if necessary) shall be shouldered by the service provider.
• Provider must ensure compliance with safety and health protocols, proper sanitation, and availability of a first-aid kit in the vehicle.
