1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for 2025 RICE intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Seventy-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php9,078,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for ITB No. 15-GOODS-RICE 2025.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Partial bid is NOT ALLOWED.
