1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for 2025 VARIOUS FUND intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION THIRTY-NINE THOUSAND PESOS (Php4,039,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for ITB No. 18-GOODS-RICE 2025.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Partial bid is NOT ALLOWED.
