1) The LEGAZPI CITY WATER DISTRICT through the 2025 Corporate Budget for the contract approved by the Governing Board intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Seven & 40/100 Pesos Only (Php1,178,707.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Sol. No. LCWD-2025-115 Valves and Fittings (Supply and delivery of one lot - 8" D.I. Pressure Sustaining Valve, 8” D.I. Y-Strainer, 8” & 4” D.I. Concentric Butterfly Valve, 8” D.I. Gate Valve, 8” D.I. Check Valve, 8” D.I. Dismantling Joint, 8” D.I. Universal Flange Adaptor, 8” D.I. Universal Sleeve Coupling, 8” x 8” D.I. Flange Tee, and 8” x 90° & 8” x 45° D.I. Flanged Bend. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
