Description : The Provincial Government of Antique, through the Animal Bite Revolving Fund-
AC - LBP 1
intends to apply the sum of Four Million Four Hundred Seventy
Thousand Pesos (Php 4,470,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for Vaccines, Ramon Maza Sr. Memorial
District Hospital, Sibalom, Antique. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Antique now invites bids for Vaccines, Ramon
Maza Sr. Memorial District Hospital, Sibalom, Antique 2
using the Competitive
Public Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required within 7 calendar days upon
receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at least
50% of Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC), a Single Largest Completed
Contract (SLCC) within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of
