1. Valid Certificate of Product Registration (CPR) issued by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
2. Batch Notification, Lot Release Certification from FDA or its equivalent, as required by FDA for specific drugs and medicines (if applicable)
3. Valid License to Operate (LTO) issued by the FDA for Suppliers, Distributors and Traders.

The supplier should provide the following:
1. Medical team (Nurse and Doctor) that can accommodate at least 500 pax wearing PPE's for the administration of the vaccines.
