- Objectives are: Upstream analysisfor material recovery and circular economy facilities in select local government units (LGUs) in Metro Manila area and furtherrecommendations on proposed interventions for circular economy facilities. This work will be undertaken in 3-4 selected LGUs based on pre-identified possible suitable sites (or a high potential additional site option that may occur) after aninitial quick screening assessment; andRecommendationsand investment/operational costs estimates with fiscal impact analysis for the proposed integrated Clean Metro Manila Project to promote transition from the current mostlymixed waste management towards (source) segregated waste at Barangay level integratedwith city wide LGU material recovery and circular economy facilities throughoutthe National Capitol Region.
