  The LGU of Albuera, Leyte through its Bids and Awards Committee invites interested suppliers to apply for eligibility and to bid for the Supply and Delivery of One (1) lot Various Assistive Devices for Senior Citizen and PWDs with Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) in the amount of One Hundred Forty Eight Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 148,500.00 )through General Fund.
  
  Bidders should have satisfactory experience in undertaking this kind of activity within the last two years with an amount of at least 50% of this proposed procurement for bidding. The eligibility check/screening as well as preliminary examination of bids use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post qualification of the lowest bid shall be conducted.
