1) The Municipality of Magdiwang, Romblon, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Three Hundred Twenty One Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Five Pesos Only Only and 00/100 (Php321,235.00), Philippine Currency being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 1 Unit Forage Chopper for Distribution to Beneficiaries of LEED with Project ID No. 2025-60-Goods. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Municipality of Magdiwang, now invites bids for the above-cited procurement project. Bids Received in excess of the ABC shall automatically rejected at bid opening. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of Notice to proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
