1. The National Irrigation Administration - Zamboanga Sibugay Irrigation Management Office through the RESTO-CIS CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Seven Hundred Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-four Pesos & 93/100 Only (Php 4,708,724.93) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for NIAREG9-12152025-RESTO-CISCY2026-1069 (INFRA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
