1. The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES LOS BAÑOS (UPLB), through the (SOURCE OF FUND TF/GF/RF 2025) intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SIXTY PESOS (PhP708,360.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for UPLB-S-068-05-25, SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRANDED AND BRAND NEW OFFICE SUPPLIES FOR VARIOUS OFFICES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
