1. The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES LOS BAÑOS (UPLB), through the (SOURCE OF FUND TF/GF/RF 2025) intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (PhP975,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for UPLB-S-057-05-25, RENTALS AND SERVICES OF AUDIO SYSTEM, LIGHTING SYSTEM AND VISUAL FOR 2025 UPLB COMMENCEMENT EXERCISES FOR OVCPD. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
